To create your MyAccount page, go to https://myaccount.iidm.com/ and click REGISTRATION. Complete the several fields, agree to terms and conditions, and click SUBMIT. We will then link your account information and send you an email with your login credentials and a temporary password.
When logged in, click on your name and go to Users Management.
Hit the + sign to add user.
You can limit your additional users to “No Order Entry” or allow them full access to your MyAccount
The Administrator of your MyAccount has the ability to restrict for additional users who can and cannot place orders. The Administrator has full rights to the MyAccount page.

The Sales Order number is generated by Innovative-IDM. You will find the Sales Order number on your order acknowledgement. The Purchase Order number is YOUR PO# and is generated by the customer.
On your MyAccount page, you can rack and search your orders by your PO#, our Sales Order#, date ordered, and other ways.
When you submit an order via MyAccount page, you will receive an acknowledgement just like you would when submitting an order via phone, fax or email@example.com
